Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
We ship internationally most countries. Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders.
Online Return Policy:
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Prior to returning items you must get approval via email.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees, both domestic and international, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original items/s separately.
