Shipping:

Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We are a small team, so please expect your items to be shipped within 5 business days, not including holidays. Please make sure that your shipping address is a secure location, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

International Shipping:

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Packing Materials:

We used cardboard boxes and envelopes to ship packages. We do use packing peanuts and bubble wrap, as we ship a lot of breakable items. We re-use the peanuts and bubble wrap from orders we receive from our vendors whenever possible, which is most of the time.

Online Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to make a return, please email us at info@takeheartshop.com. Prior to returning items you must get approval via email. 

Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you use a candle, burn incense or try a food or drink item and the scent or taste is not your preference, we do not accept returns for such items. The item does need to be in new and unused condition. If there is a defect with an item, we do apologize for that and will be happy to replace an item or issue a refund.

When shipping an item back to us for a return, we advise packing it well, possibly in the materials we shipped the item to you in and please note FRAGILE on the package.

It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. Take Heart will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Sale Items:

Merchandise purchased 'on sale' is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damages:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@takeheartshop.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

In-store Return Policy:

All items purchased from take heart may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit, provided they are in original condition with tags and receipt.

All art pieces are final sale.
